Automatic Al Palletizing/Depalletizing Means No Programming Needed-EVER!
How It Works:
1. Random Depalletizing Solution with Al/Vision detects and selects boxes randomly presented to the camera and places them on a conveyor, which is the input to the Random Palletizing Solution.
2. The Random Palletizing Solution uses another Al/Vision system to capture box information prior to storing boxes on a storage system.
3. Using the stored box information, the system executes the palletizing algorithm, determines the best-case box configuration, picks the boxes from storage in the required sequence and places them on the outbound conveyor, which is the input to the palletizing robot.
4. The Random Palletizing Solution, with the sequence determined by the algorithm, picks and palletizes in an organized fashion.
Our mixed depalletizing and palletizing solution handles many box types and sizes, cartons, bags and pallet types-at a high rate of 6 to 10 picks per minute-including vision inspection, and impressively-without a single line of manual robot programming or operator interaction.
