BHS Robotics High Speed Bin Picking System
System Overview
The BHS Robotic High Speed Picking System is a vision guided solution capable of picking parts from a flexible feed system and placing parts into an indexing conveyor transporting them to an automatic bagging system. This system is flexible in design, programmable with a vision teach function to identify and pick parts using a selection of EOAT’s and an automatic tool changer.
Part Description
The system identifies and loads various parts that fit into the hopper and are identifiable within the camera field of view. Parts are taught to the system via function in the HMI and Vision Camera requirements. The operator selects the appropriate gripper for each part type being run and manually inputs part data by part # and saves data to be recalled for future runs via HMI.
